Register your information below to book a space for the Heathrow Lounge at the Conservative Party Conference.

We ask you to respect the following rules of engagement when using the Heathrow Lounge:

1. The Heathrow Lounge is exclusively to facilitate in-person meetings and cannot be used for taking calls or working on laptops. Space must be reserved in advance.
   
   
2. Priority will be given to those meetings with parliamentarians. If you request space for meetings that are not with a parliamentarian, you will be placed on a waiting list and confirmed at a later date if there is availability.
   
   
3. Each table booking can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Any additional guests will be kindly asked to leave the Lounge to ensure we do not exceed capacity limits.
   
   
4. Please ensure you check in at the registration desk upon arrival and wait to be shown to your table.
   
   
5. We kindly ask all guests to keep strictly to time as all tables are reserved back-to-back throughout the day. If you are running late, please ensure to let us know to avoid losing your space.
   
   
6. Please note that on Sunday, the last booking will be at 4 pm.
